CARFAX is a consumer advocate and service shop supporter. We are continually looking to provide solutions for the challenges that shops are facing; recently our focus has been driving repeat customers. A little over a year ago we launched our new Shop Loyalty Program designed to help increase customer lifetime value. The program focuses on retaining customers through highly effective marketing that is built off of the CARFAX brand strength and recognition which creates new and engaging customer habits.

Included in the Shop Loyalty Program are an array of tools that will keep customers coming back including a vehicle health dashboard sent courtesy of your shop. Currently, over 20 shop management system partners are participating in this program. These shop management systems have automated the ability for shops to send the data to CARFAX that is necessary to enable this powerful marketing tool. Shops love the ease of use when it comes to Shop Loyalty program, close to 2000 shops have already signed up!
