It’s hard to believe we are closing in on the final quarter of 2021. What a year it’s been for our industry. We’ve had to adjust to the unique needs of a global pandemic. The shortage of new and used car inventory for sale has led to an increase in demand for parts and services. And to top it off, we’re experiencing a shortage of qualified auto technicians.
